Please Note:  The State of Colorado has determined that I should not be allowed to continue to do business.  Because I hold a Federal Firearms License (FFL), the State feels I should also hold a license for the state (which is 4 times more expensive than the FFL), that I should take a class (annually!!), pass an exam, and get finger printed AGAIN.  There will be cost associated with this, but they have not determined how much.  None of this will be cost effective.  These regulations claim to be directed at stores that sell guns and ammunition at retail directly to the public.  I do not sell guns or ammunition, I do not carry inventory, I do not have store hours.  I am by appointment only and only do repairs and custom work – mostly on side-by-side shotguns, double rifles, and wood stocked hunting rifles.  All of these regulations are conspiring against me and it appears that I will be closing down my business of over 40 years.  I appreciate your support over the years.  The projects have been fun.
